Design Decisions
The main elements of the building consist of the three-dimensional fiction of the relationship between the part, the whole and the transition to this wholeness. The shell surrounding the building and the following elements form a whole in the whole structure. This mobility does not disturb due to the harmonious combination of parts and all of them turn into a function.
